Ecolo-Groen Etterbeek is very pleased to host candidates to the European elections from the Belgian Green parties Ecolo and Groen. Candidates will present their priorities for the European union and discuss their views of the socioeconomic, environmental and political prospects for the European project.

– Olivier De Schutter, Ecolo (3rd)

– Petra De Sutter, Groen (1st)

– Rik Jellema, Groen (6th)

The debate will be moderated by Emilie van Haute, Chair of the Department of political science, ULB.

The debate will take place in English but you are also welcome to ask your questions in French or Dutch. You will also have time to meet the candidates informally at the bar after the conference.

We hope to see you numerous for this unique and final opportunity to debate a few days before the elections.

Ecolo-Groen Etterbeek is verheugd met de komst naar Etterbeek van enkele kandidaten van beide Belgische groene partijen voor de Europese verkiezingen. De voertaal van het debat is Engels, maar u kunt uw vragen ook in het Nederlands of Frans stellen. Na afloop is er gelegenheid om de kandidaten informeel te ontmoeten in de bar.
